The shipping charge for Paper Products
(Folders, Forms, Envelopes, Labels, Divider Tabs, Post Cards,
Redi-Tags, Stickers, Etc.) shipped to the United States
is a flat 17.95 per Order regardless of the order size.
This is much lower than most of our competitors.
For software the charge is 5.95 per
disc mailed.
For addresses outside the United States,
contact us for information on shipping availability and
the cost.

99% of in-stock non-personalized items
ship the next business day. Weekends and Holidays are NOT
business days. Orders placed after 5 PM EST may not be processed
until the following day and in these instances will not
ship until the next business day after that.

After your order ships, how long it takes to get to you
will depend on the transit time. Most orders ship from the
Midwest via Fed Ex Ground shipping. The below map shows
approximately how long you should expect your order to be
in-transit Residential addresses may take a bit longer.
Note, transit days are business days. They do not include
weekends and holidays.
Important: While TaxCalcUSA is operating
and shipping normally, due to the Global Pandemic, all shipment
carriers, including Fed Ex, are struggling to meet prior
delivery targets. As long as the crisis continues, you should
allow additional time for your delivery.

If
the ground transit times above are insufficient for your
needs, we do offer expedited shipping. We can ship your
order via 1 Business Day air or 2 Business day air. Additionally,
for orders placed by 1 PM EST, we can ship your in-stock
order the same day using Warehouse Rush. There is a fee
for rushing the order and instead of the flat rate, shipping
charges for Air Shipments will be based on estimates of
the actual shipping cost. Be aware, paper products are heavy
and air shipping can get very expensive. Please call us
to place orders that need to be expedited.

Most items ship from the Midwest Paper products typically
ship via Fed Ex Ground. Software discs ship via U.S.
Mail. If you need a different shipping method, or are
outside the United States, please contact us for details.
