We only accept Purchase orders from Government Agencies.
All other orders must be paid in advance by either credit

What if
I am not satisfied with the product?
We are committed to your satisfaction. Everything we sell
is covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. If you are
not debited with your purchase simply let us know and will
give you a friendly hassle free return authorization. Note,
personalized and imprinted items not returnable unless it
was our mistake. Shipping and Handling not refundable unless
we erred. Software and dated forms not returnable after
December 1 of the form year.

When will
my purchase be shipped to me?
The ship date differs by product. Once an item is available
for shipping it is generally shipped the next business day
after your order. Business supplies are always available
to ship. Tax forms are usually available by July of the
tax year. 1099-Etc ships in January of the tax year and
the Mutual Fund books ship in February following the tax
year. Quickfinder books generally ship between December
and February. Regardless of when the products will be ready
to ship, your credit card will be charged when your order
placed.

After I purchase
Software, can I download it to get it faster?
1099-Etc can be downloaded as a demo and then we can
usually get you an activation code within 1 hour of placing
your order (during business hours) that will turn the demo
into fully functioning software.

Do you collect
sales tax?
Never! Our corporate headquarters are strategically
located in tax free New Hampshire. And we ship to you from
warehouses strategically located around the country so we
are near you, but never need to charge you a sales tax.
However, your state and local government may not be so friendly
and they may still expect you to pay them use taxes directly.

What
are your shipping charges?
Other companies charge you inflated shipping charges as
a hidden way of charging more. And then, the more you spend
with them, the more they charge you for shipping!
Not us. Paper Products including books, forms, envelopes,
folders, checks, cards, labels, tabs and tags are just $17.95
per order no matter how many you buy. The more you buy the
more you save. Software is just $5.95 per disc. That's all.

The above charges are for Ground shipping.
We use UPS for most orders and U.S. Postal Service for the
rest. Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge
